This week my nephew, Parker, graduated from high school. It’s really hard for me to believe that time has gone so quickly and he’ll be starting college next year. Parker is an exceptional young man. He genuinely cares about people, is kind-hearted, and has a wonderfully unique sense of humor. He always makes me laugh and the time I get to spend with him is noteworthy and special. I was glad that we were off the road and able to attend his graduation. We love you Parker!! And congratulations!

Another special young man I know received his Eagle Scout honors this week. Clark Kjorlaug is someone I met a few years ago at an International Brotherhood of Magicians convention. He became involved in our Healing of Magic program and developed it into a Eagle project. After more than a year of preparation, planning, and implementation, he was honored this week in a ceremony in Roswell, GA. I wanted to be there to witness it all for myself and share the experience with him, but I couldn’t be in two places at the same time. He is quite an inspiration! You can read about his award HERE.
