After a crazy trip around the world, I’m finally back in Virginia. I’ve had several days to relax and enjoy the warmer temperatures (it was a bit chilly in Norway). The trip home was not nearly as eventful, easy flights. We did have several long layovers however. By the time we were done with the entire trip, we had been in 5 countries in 10 days on 8 flights (not including 7 canceled flights) in 7 airports with more than 60 hours of delays/layovers and 31 hours in the air. Did I mention it is good to be home?
As a celebration, Cindy and I made pancakes for breakfast…not just any pancakes, but fancy ones! And they were awesome!
We are preparing for our director to arrive. She’ll be with us all this week working on several new illusions for the show. I’m very excited about two of them – brilliant creations from the mind of Jim Steinmeyer! I’ll keep you posted but we are going to be working hard this week!
