We did our final performance at the Library Theatre in Hoover, AL (suburb of Birmingham) last night to a packed house. Â After such an incredible audience on Friday, I wasn’t sure we could have another crowd with so much energy and enthusiasm. Â I was wrong! Â Our second audience was very diverse and full of energy. Â Instead of volunteering individually, they were much more excited about volunteering the person sitting next to them. Â That’s okay – it works for me!
The show moved along smoothly and, in the end, the audience gave us a standing ovation. Â It was a great way to end up our time in Alabama.
Today, we start heading north to Michigan. Â I guess it’s time to put away the shorts and t-shirts.
