We are in Rolla, MO for a couple of days on this tour. Yesterday, David and I did an outreach program at the Phelps County Regional Hospital with the complete therapy staff – occupational, physical and speech therapists. After a quick overview of the program with them, we went into the therapy gym and began working with patients. This is always an inspiring thing for us..and the expressions on the faces of the patients is priceless. I think watching the enthusiasm of the program catch on with the patients also motivates and excites the therapists. As always, we left behind a manual and DVD so they can keep the program going.
Tonight is our performance at the Leach Theatre. We have performed in this space before and it is beautiful! We are looking forward to the show and tickets have been selling well. They ran a nice article in the local paper on Sunday and that spiked ticket sales if you would like to read it, here’s the link:
