To say we are tired would be an understatement! This has been a very busy, physically challenging day for all of us. We moved our equipment – several tons of it – into a local theatre venue to begin taping some much needed updated footage of our production and the new illusions. A couple of really great guys – JP, Jeep and Chris – helped David and I move it all in. And then the day began…
Several hours hanging the lights, scenery and intelligent lighting; up the genii lift to begin focusing the fixtures and making sure there were additional ones up there to capture the intensity for the cameras; then came patching and programming the lighting console and our controller. Finally, the day was over.
Tomorrow, we begin again – a full day of taping and then we get to take it all down!
