Our last month on the road proves that you never know just how things are going to turn out. We have always felt that we were prepared for almost every situation you can imagine and, yet somehow, we met challenges during this last month that were beyond our imaginations. In spite of it all, everything turned out well. In our bus/truck, we have a sign hanging on the wall that says, “We make our own plans but the Lord decides where we go.” It is a reassuring statement for us that reminds us there is a greater purpose and Person in control of our circumstances. That has never been more true and obvious to us than during this last month of tour.
We are only home for a couple of days this week before heading to the River Center in Columbus, GA. I have three radio interviews on Thursday; a television appearance on Friday (WRBL in Columbus) and several Clear Channel Broadcasting radio interviews as well. I’m also going to be heading over to Columbus Regional Hospital to visit with the Director of Rehabilitation, Henry McRae, and the Director of Occupational Therapy, Lori Standard. I always enjoy seeing how we can bring the Healing of Magic program to facilities who are open to the concept. I’m looking forward to meeting all of them and the staff at the Balance Center.
After the River Center we head to the Davis Theatre in Montgomery, AL. We are very excited about this show because, as of two weeks ago, we were already less than 50 tickets from selling out.
We should also have a PREVIEW online this week for the ASIA DVD! We’ve been getting some really great comments from those of you who have bought it. For those of you who have wondered what’s it all about, hopefully this will give you some idea. Check it out this weekend on the SHOP page of this site.
Okay, gotta run!
